
I started using time assistant earlier this year when I got to the point where I could no longer manage all my admin tasks without them eating into valuable "paid" work time. I soon realised it would be far better to have someone else take this on than constantly trying to juggle everything. I am quite a perfectionist and had wondered initially if they would meet my picky standards, however I needn't have worried - they have excellent standards of service and even put up with my occasional flapping! After seeing how good they were at client updates, it was an easy decision to transfer my call answering over to them also. I can now take a long deserved break knowing that my business is in safe hands and I don't have to be checking my emails every five minutes.
A big thumbs up for Time Assistant - they have made my working life easier and even though they are virtual assistants, they have adapted so well to my business already that I now consider them as valuable members of my own team! They would be a considerable asset to any small business looking to improve their efficiency.

If you don't have an admin assistant, you are one! I learned this the hard way; juggling a hectic diary and handling calls while trying to grow a successful business is hard work. Now, I can focus on the bits of my business that I'm really good at. The communications, the client facing and rewarding bits, safe in the knowledge that my PA has got my back. I know I won't miss calls, or have so many scheduled appointments that I'm working till 2am trying to keep on top of my workload. Time Assistant team are on board. I can't recommend them highly enough
